What you'd do
- Lead financial reporting and FP&A for global Coupang packaging cost programs.
- Build rolling forecasts and weekly, monthly, quarterly performance views.
- Run actual-vs-target variance analysis with bridge commentary for leadership.
- Consolidate P&L overviews across entities and review budgets and ROI on investments.
- Ensure SOX compliance and improve PowerBI, SAP, and other finance systems.
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years FP&A experience in a fast-paced, technology-oriented organization.
- Experience designing financial processes, models, and tools.
- Strong financial modeling, MS Office Excel, and data analysis skills.
- Fluent English and ability to partner with non-finance leaders.
Nice to have
- CPA, Chartered Accountant, or CMA certification.
