What you'd do
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close new sales pipeline in Korea
- Prospect strategically into CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical end users
- Build relationships with enterprise accounts to drive growth opportunities
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Professional Services for customer success
- Collaborate with channel partners and ecosystem to maximize deal sizes
What they want
- 5+ years of quota-carrying direct sales experience in fast-paced markets
- Track record of overachievement (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise software
- Skilled in building business champions inside customer accounts
- Fluent English and based in South Korea
Nice to have
- Sales methodology training such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale
- Familiarity with databases, developer tools, and open source technology
