What you'd do
- Diagnose and triage system-level issues across software, mechanical, and electrical domains.
- Own technical escalation calls with field engineers and customers locally.
- Reproduce reported issues with QA and add defects to regression test suites.
What they want
- Background in Computer Science or Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Over 5 years solving software issues in complex production systems.
- Hands-on C++ or C# development with strong debugging proficiency.
Nice to have
- Real-time control software and multi-threaded application experience.
- Knowledge of EtherCAT, fieldbus, and networking protocols.
- Working knowledge of Japanese or Chinese for customer support.
