What you'd do
- Define and execute end-to-end Dynamic Product Ads strategy and roadmap
- Own product lifecycle from concept through experimentation and launch
- Establish and analyze KPIs to refine strategy and drive performance improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams delivering rapid, high-quality product iterations
- Synthesize internal and external data to shape product strategy and execution
What they want
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in Product Management with track record on data-driven decisions
- 3+ years of mobile ad tech experience, ideally Dynamic Product Ads or Commerce Media
- Proven success leading 0 to 1 product strategies and launches
- Exceptional communication and ability to align across teams
Nice to have
- MBA
- Experience in personalization, recommendation, or ranking systems
