What you'd do
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-touch and tech-touch Customer Success team members in Seoul.
- Define analytical metrics and lead the team against quarterly retention and expansion targets.
- Build programs to grow customer retention, satisfaction, expansion, and product adoption.
- Build cross-team relationships across Sales, Support, Solutions, Product, and Marketing.
- Coach individual contributors and help them grow their careers over time.

- 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- 3+ years managing or leading teams that support large enterprise customers.
- Track record of using data to drive initiatives and decision-making in fast-growing teams.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and ability to navigate ambiguity with a positive mindset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication for diverse internal and external audiences.
