What you'd do
- Build territory plan and pipeline for Speak's enterprise B2B solutions in Korea
- Manage inbound and outbound pipeline of enterprise accounts to hit ARR targets
- Apply discovery and value-selling techniques with key decision-makers
- Align with C-level executives on enterprise-wide deployment sponsorship
- Co-create with CSMs, SDRs, Marketing, and Product to drive deals forward
What they want
- 5+ years closing new and upsell sales for HR-focused SaaS, customers >5000 FTEs
- Consistent performance hitting net new pipeline generation targets
- Experience managing complex 3-12 month sales cycles
- Fluent business English for daily global team communication
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
