- Mentor analysts and establish best practices for reproducible analysis.

- 7+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative roles.
- Expert SQL on warehouses like Redshift and data lakes like Hive.
- High proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) or R for analysis.
- Hands-on dashboard expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset.
- Comfort with Git, GitHub, and clean modular code practices.
