What you'd do

What they want

• BS or MS in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of backend or platform engineering on production systems
• Proficiency in Java, Go, Kotlin, C++, or Python and large-scale distributed systems
• Strong system design skills with track record of leading complex services end-to-end
• Fluent English for technical discussions with global cross-functional teams
