What you'd do
- Drive frontend technical improvement projects across Coupang's web platform
- Identify architecture issues and propose end-to-end frontend solutions
- Build technical roadmaps with engineering peers and execute phased upgrades
What they want
- Hands-on experience with Java or JavaScript-based distributed systems
- Track record building large-scale MVC web applications in production environments
- JavaScript and web app performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting expertise
Nice to have
- E-commerce domain experience working on consumer-facing platforms at scale
- Direct cloud computing experience including AWS or comparable providers
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture in distributed systems
