What you'd do
- Support PEALD thin-film optimization aligned with customer requirements
- Help improve PEALD metal oxide and nitride film properties
- Assist tuning PEALD process parameters and electrical characterization
What they want
- Be currently enrolled in a master's or PhD program full-time
- Study chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, materials, or EE
- Show basic knowledge of materials characterization techniques
Nice to have
