What you'd do
- Install and set up ASM semiconductor equipment at customer fab sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across electrical and mechanical systems.
- Run preventive maintenance and basic tool performance checks.
- Complete structured ASM training in system operation and customer support.
- Document service activities and follow cleanroom and safety protocols.
What they want
- Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related.
- At least 3 years of relevant CS or field-service experience.
- Strong interest in semiconductor equipment and field service work.
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.
- Fluent in Korean and English; willing to commute to Icheon and Cheongju.
