What you'd do
- Onboard new Moloco Commerce Media clients across Korea's top retailers and platforms
- Manage portfolio of Korean clients, monitoring performance and surfacing growth opportunities
- Handle daily client operations, troubleshooting, and high-quality service delivery
- Build internal enablement materials, onboarding guides, and scalable playbooks
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into client recommendations
What they want
- 3-5 years in digital advertising, eCommerce, ad tech, or client-facing roles
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable translating data into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trusted client relationships
- Structured problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
- Fluency in both Korean and English required
Nice to have
- Retail media or mobile internet industry experience
