What you'd do
- Own weekly capacity planning, daily inbound forecasting, signoffs, and capacity uploads.
- Manage FC-level signoffs, manual reordering, and vendor flex capacity updates.
- Lead 12-week planning cycles and annual/quarterly inbound budgeting.
- Drive inventory mix analysis and adherence to days-of-coverage targets.
- Improve the S&OP inbound dashboard and automate planning processes.
What they want
- Bachelor's in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of supply-chain planning experience.
- Strong Excel, SQL, and planning-tool skills.
- S&OP process and KPI-tracking experience.
- Strong English proficiency to lead meetings independently.
Nice to have
- E-commerce or high-volume retail experience.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and automation tooling.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced execution.
