What you'd do
- Run the full FTE lifecycle across Korea, Japan, and Taiwan: onboarding, contracts, offboarding, HRIS.
- Track multi-market compliance, flag regulatory changes, and keep the regional handbook current.
- Be the go-to People Ops contact for employees across the three APAC markets.
- Administer local benefits, health checkups, and run engagement and performance review cycles.
- Map workflows, document SOPs, and use AI/automation to reduce manual operational load.
What they want
- 4 to 6 years in people operations, HR, or a related field.
- Strong project ownership: breaks down ambiguous problems and sees them through.
- High EQ and discretion handling sensitive information across cultures.
- English comfortable for daily collaboration with the global team.
- Based in Seoul and available for hybrid in-office work.
