What you'd do
- Develop and optimize PECVD processes for SiO, SiC, and dielectric thin films
- Run DOE and RSM experiments and interpret advanced materials characterization results
- Drive process transfer and high-volume manufacturing support for Japan-based customers
What they want
- Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, EE, or Physics
- Hands-on PECVD, ALD, PEALD, CVD, or epitaxy experience
- Strong understanding of thin-film materials and semiconductor process integration
Nice to have
- PhD with PECVD process development research or industry experience
- Direct SiO and SiC film development for advanced devices
- Japanese language proficiency
