搬到韩国时应该预留哪些预算
入住韩国公寓所需的前期现金,往往比大多数外籍人士预期的更多。押金是最显眼的一笔大额支出,但围绕它的各项费用也会迅速累积。
中介费

搬家公司(이사)
在首尔市内,一居室公寓的本地搬家使用标准搬家车辆,通常费用在 20 万至 50 万韩元之间。物品较多、楼层较高且出入不便的建筑,或跨城市搬迁的费用会更高。请至少获取两份报价。搬家旺季(2 月下旬至 3 月、8 月至 9 月)的费用会大幅上涨。
家电与家具
许多韩国公寓配备嵌入式空调,有时也会配备燃气灶,但通常不含冰箱、洗衣机或床。请预留 50 万至 150 万韩元用于购置基本家电,具体取决于您选择全新或二手。闲鱼式平台 Bunjang(번개장터)和 Daangn(당근마켓)是购买二手家电的常用渠道。
物业管理费(관리비)
多数韩国公寓楼会收取月度物业管理费,覆盖公共区域清洁、保安,有时还包含网络或水费。小型楼栋约为 5 万韩元,大型小区可能达到 30 万韩元以上。请在签约前向房东索取最近三个月的账单。
